Unseen Stays is operated by Ninja Operations LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of our website, shared deals, search tools, and paid membership. Review them before subscribing or relying on a displayed rate. By subscribing after being presented with these terms, you agree to them. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.

We provide information and comparison tools. We are not a hotel, travel agent, booking agent, or party to your accommodation contract. Unless expressly stated, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any hotel, hotel chain, employer, or rate sponsor. Hotel names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Our service displays rate information found through hotel booking websites and other publicly accessible sources. A publicly visible rate, code, or booking link is not a public offer to every traveler, permission to use a restricted rate, or proof that you qualify. A code appearing in our service does not give you any employment, corporate, membership, government, travel-industry, or other status.

Corporate, staff, friends-and-family, membership, and other special rates can have restrictions, even when a booking website accepts the code, takes payment, or sends a confirmation. Missing or incomplete verification labels in our interface do not mean a rate is unrestricted.

Use only rates you are authorized and eligible to use. Before booking, read the hotel’s full rate rules, confirm your eligibility directly with the hotel or rate sponsor, and make sure you can provide every required document. Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation, use false credentials, or attempt to bypass verification.

The hotel or rate sponsor may request photo ID, employee or corporate identification, an authorization form, proof of membership, or other evidence before arrival, at check-in, or during your stay. Online or mobile check-in does not waive these requirements.

If you cannot satisfy the applicable requirements, the hotel may refuse the discounted rate, charge a higher or standard rate, cancel the reservation, or refuse check-in, subject to its rules and applicable law. We cannot override the hotel’s decision or guarantee that a reservation will be honored.

You are responsible for verifying the booking conditions and for hotel charges and travel arrangements you authorize. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for consequences of your ineligibility or the independent decisions of hotels, including price differences, cancellation charges, alternative accommodation, or related travel costs. This does not exclude responsibility that the law places on us.

Displayed results are snapshots, not live quotes or guaranteed inventory. Rates, availability, exchange rates, taxes, fees, inclusions, cancellation terms, and eligibility rules can change. A saved or shared deal can be outdated. Confirm the final price, currency, room type, dates, occupancy, mandatory charges, and cancellation rules with the booking provider before paying.

Savings are comparisons with the standard rate recorded for the relevant search and may not compare identical room conditions or benefits. “Up to” savings describe potential outcomes, not typical or guaranteed savings. We do not promise that any particular discount, hotel, destination, code, or rate will be available, that a rate is the lowest anywhere, or that membership will pay for itself.

Points, rewards, and currency conversions are estimates. The hotel or loyalty program determines what you actually earn. We take reasonable care with our service but cannot guarantee that third-party information is complete, current, or error-free.

Bookings are made with the hotel or booking provider, under its separate terms. Address reservation changes, hotel refunds, verification disputes, and accommodation issues directly with that provider. Paying us for search access does not pay for a hotel stay or establish eligibility for any rate.

Third-party websites and payment services operate independently. Review their terms before using them. We do not control their availability, content, or performance.

Unseen Stays Pro currently costs US$49 per month. It is a recurring subscription, not a one-time purchase. Your payment method is charged when you subscribe and each monthly renewal until you cancel. Checkout shows the applicable price and any additional charges before you confirm payment. Stripe processes subscription payments.

Cancel through Account → Manage Subscription before the next renewal to prevent the next charge. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, with access continuing until then. Cancelling Pro does not cancel a hotel reservation.

Membership purchases access to our tools, not a specific discount, successful booking, or exemption from a hotel’s requirements. Except where required by applicable law or expressly offered by us, unused portions of a billing period are not refundable. Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, and other consumer rights remain unaffected.

Unlimited searches means there is no per-search credit allowance for normal personal use. Technical capacity, supported hotels, maintenance, and reasonable measures against abuse may affect availability. We may not always return results. Material price or subscription changes will be communicated in advance as required by law, with an opportunity to cancel before they apply.

Keep your account information accurate and your credentials secure. Do not use the service unlawfully, impersonate another person or organization, submit false eligibility documents, compromise security, or use automated activity that disrupts the service. You remain responsible for your own use of rate codes and booking information.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud, security threats, non-payment, or legal obligations. We will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve issues when appropriate. Any remedies or refunds required by law remain available.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service and third-party rate information are provided “as is” and “as available”, without additional guarantees of uninterrupted access, particular savings, hotel acceptance, or fitness for your intended booking. This does not remove statutory guarantees or our obligation to exercise legally required care and skill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from third-party hotel decisions or your unauthorized use of a restricted rate. Where a contractual cap is permitted, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of US$100 or the subscription fees you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where local law does not allow a provision, that provision applies only to the extent the law permits. Nothing here prevents you from using available consumer-protection authorities or courts.

Delaware law governs these terms, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Subject to your non-waivable rights, disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts in Delaware, and those courts have exclusive jurisdiction where such an agreement is legally permitted.

If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law of your place of residence or prevent you from bringing a claim in a court that applicable consumer law allows you to use.

We may update these terms prospectively. The version date appears on this page. We will notify you of material changes and seek additional agreement where the law requires it. Changes do not retroactively remove rights concerning an existing dispute.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not override mandatory protections available under the law applicable to you.
